This paper will prove how Animals Australia fought a David vs. Goliath like battle against unaware and misled consumers who had been green-washed by major organisations and brands with deep marketing pockets and a lot to lose.
Those marketing pockets made them appear greener and more animal-friendly than they actually were.
In fact, for the organisations in question, the bottom-line and consequently the sourcing of cheap products had become more important than ethics.
This paper will re-install your belief in humanity and the desire to be kind to all inhabitants on planet earth.
The paper will demonstrate how one hopeful soul and its singing voice set off an avalanche of change:
A change in consumer awareness.
A change in consumer buying behaviour.
A change in company policies and supply chain practices.
A change in brands.
A change in legislation for the better.
A change in how animals are treated. Locally and across other countries.
