Description
Barnardo's, the UK's leading children's charity needed to recruit donors. Focusing on their work with 'young carers', we developed a campaign targeting anyone with direct links to children, from grandparents to teachers. The campaign showed the huge pressure children caring for a sick or disabled relative are under 24 hours a day. We used the Outlook calendar to illustrate a day in the life of one young carer (8- year old Daniel). The overlay instantly captured attention and the familiar "dismiss" mechanic emphasised the call to action.
