Description
“For Happiness Ever After” is the concept behind Chobani’s because Hamdi Ulukaya founded Chobani with the belief that better food creates a better future. We wanted the website to be a “window into happiness every after”—a place where people could discover good food and how making good food makes a difference in the world.
Execution
The creative idea inspired:
• Bespoke photography that depicts a world made happier through food.
• Stories and language that shares the escapades of a company using yogurt to improve people and communities.
• A bespoke typeface inspired by 19th-century fairytale books gives the content a charming feel.
• A 19th-century American folk-art inspired graphic language helps the site feel handmade.
* It’s serverless using S3 buckets + Cloudfront to create a full status pre-render
• Universal React Application for server-side rendering.
• A website built with a headless CMS on a static S3 bucket, using Cloudfront as a CDN.
• We built a custom tool to easily generate static content (JSON files) from any type of data sources, using GraphQL queries, on a simple interface.
• Elastic search for dynamic data.
Outcome
- From November 20th -December 31st:
- We had almost 360k unique page views which was up 2% vs YOY
- Bounce rate decreased almost 12% (48.58% vs 55.15%)
- Homepage page views increased in particular by 43%
- Careers page went up by 52.49%
- Cafe page went up by 13.43%
