Description

"Tell me your sea mood ... I'll tell you when you can depart is the creative idea and pay off for the new CostaClub magazine.

More than 60 itineraries covered by the 11 ships in the Costa fleet, for a total of 315 departure dates, are arranged on the basis of the seas where the cruises sail: Eastern Mediterranean, Western Mediterranean, Northern Europe and Trans-Atlantic. Each area is easily identified, thanks to the directory-style index, and contains an introduction and indications of the available ships. The itineraries are arranged by duration and departure date and each itinerary is illustrated by a map with the main stop-offs and price. The magazine also has an editorial column and an accompanying letter detailing special offer cruises.

Outcome

The 2005 campaign is still underway, but partial results are extremely positive. Total distribution: 155,000 (Italy + Rest of Europe). Average redemption for special offer cruises: 6.7% (+1.5% compared with 2004). Percentage Repeaters out of total passengers :+ 0.8% compared with 2004. ROI: 20%.
