There are advantages as well as disadvantages to living outside of the city. After all, the community of Rohr is the green lung of the city. In order to demonstrate just how nearby the community is, greened bicycles were provided in the city that people could just hop on to and go.

Reply cards were attached to the bicycle luggage carriers. The result of this being that 20 dossiers about the housing complex "Im Grünen" were ordered and two lease contracts were signed.
