In the competitive Credit Card market place American Express need to constantly show Cardmembers the benefit of having an American Express Card. One of these benefits is that American Express gives its Cardmembers better access to exclusive events.Our brief was to:•Leverage the American Express sponsorship of the Rolling Stones ‘ A Bigger Bang’ Tour in Europe and reinforce the value of being a Cardmember.By bringing the sponsorship to life online we could create a virtual space where Cardmembers and prospects could find out more about the tour and ‘get closer to the Stones’. This was the ‘VIP room’.
