A Norwegian family checks out from a guesthouse in Denmark to return home by car when the father notices that "Philip has run away!". The parents look for Philip everywhere, but have to give up. The last thing they do before leaving Philip behind and taking off by car is to take his luggage out of the trunk. To the viewers' surprise, the luggage clearly belongs to an old person. In the final scene we see Philip, the grandfather, escaping into the countryside on the back of a motorbike, embracing an elderly lady.
