Get decision makers in the top 100 New Zealand companies along to a NZ Post seminar on data management, starting at 7:30am.
Execution
The seminar was about understanding your customers. We sent a simple letter to the top 100 companies. Written from the perspective of an unhappy customer. it warned them that their relationship was breaking down, and said they were going to dump the company if they didn’t try to get to know them better. It offered a solution too: go to the seminar on data management and save the relationship.
Outcome
From 1,300 contacts we received 300 positive replies. That’s a 23% response rate, or 460% over target.
