OVERVIEW

Description

Noble Development, a leading property developer in Thailand, is well known for its unique take on architecture. As the market grew more competitive with new comers, Noble wanted to reinforce its core belief in “Be Different” which has been its key success over the past two decades.

Execution

We did an extensive research on the past 25 years of Noble’s most unique condominium projects, and selected all the inspiration from its architectonics, the interior design, or even the unique interplay of light and dark on tiling, thus translate them into a set of unique items. By re-defining ordinary objects - be its chocolate, a stack of crackers, pasta, sugar cube, candy, granola bar, cookies or even their packaging– into delectable, architectural marvels, the Limited Gift Set acts as a reminder that even the most familiar objects can be seen in a different light. Moreover, when visit the Noble’s website, customers can enter a code found on each item and learn an in-depth content of that specific item.

The gift sets are intended for Noble’s VIP customers and on-sale at every Noble condominium cafes and for those who have a taste for the unique.

Outcome

In one week, a combined total of over 34,000 people visited the 20 display locations at Noble condominiums. Traffic to the Noble website doubled during the campaign, resulting in a 40% increase in the number of pre-registrations for condominium units. In one week, the 25,000 limited edition gift sets were entirely sold out. 8.5 Million earned media expressions.
