The campaign highlights the daily strain that women are subjected to in our country. This initiative encourages us to reflect upon the root cause of that stress and the ways in which women can find relief from this social pressure by doing what they wish to do and being who they want to be. Deliciosa Calma is the first restaurant that cooks stress-free recipes… Where women can speak openly about the stresses they identify with and give them an entirely new meaning through a menu filled with ingenious dishes that allow them to laugh and break free. Women transform their daily pressures into dishes like “I didn´t go to the gym because I didn´t feel like it and I´ll go when I can… with black truffle sauce,” “I won´t be able to pick up my kids from school today but their dad can do it…. with a slice of turkey” or “I still don´t have a stable relationship and I don´t care over a base of avocado and blueberries.”
According the a Nielsen report “Women of Tomorrow”, more than 66% of Spanish women suffer from stress in both professional and personal settings.
