Description

We came up with the design of an exclusive and innovative tailor-made VR headset: Dior Eyes.

This dedicated VR headset is designed and tailored with femininity at heart, in collaboration with the Dior design team, to be used by both Perfumes and Fashion departments.

We combined all the latest technologies to provide Dior’s clients a never seen before 360° experience, including a surround technology paired with exclusive lenses.

Execution

As an exclusive and innovative VR Headset, DIOR Eyes features nothing than :

- 110° fieldview,

- holophonic integrated sound

- automatic detection of the user to start the experience

- hygienic tear-off system for face contact

- contactless experience protecting hairstyle and earrings

- simple handling via stripes by the user

- removable magnetic visor to allow direct insertion of the phone.

- instant contents update with latest shows and DIOR news

- a catalogue of more than 15 360° Dior videos

Outcome

In addition to a success in terms of PR following its launch, Dior achieved with Dior Eyes

- A very good perception of Dior among key clients and distributors

- One of the most efficient in-store initiative for Dior in the past years

This success of the Dior Eyes VR Headset will certainly grow in the next months and years when Dior will produce new exclusive 360° videos, to be distributed worldwide on Dior Eyes during upcoming Dior events.
