Mang Sergio walks the streets of Manila everyday, entertaining people with his trained dog, Habagat (West Wind). More than performing tricks for people, Habagat is a true companion to his owner, and vice versa. In fact, Habagat was instrumental in reuniting Mang Sergio with his estranged young son, Eddie Boy.
