The campaign idea of ‘Relax, it’s iPhone’ allows us to focus on the human side iPhone’s powerful tech. Yes, iPhone has even better battery life, but it’s the benefit that we wanted to focus on. And finding the perfect lead character was crucial to the spot’s success. This commercial is very simple. So all its elements need to be perfect. We scoured North America looking for our perfect bike rider. And then we met Issac. Even though he’s never acted before, and only moved to LA two weeks before his audition. He delivers a charming, subtle, and self-confident performance well beyond his years and experience.
