The banner is produced on behalf of POWA - People Opposing Women Abuse. It is targeted at the wider public, among whom are both abusers and the abused. It works primarily on the idea that domestic abuse is a question of power and control; putting the user in the position of the abuser. Its solution is that there is a way out for abuse victims and that they need not live in fear.
