Description

Brazil is one of the countries with the highest number of traffic fatalities. There are approximately 40,000 people killed every year. During Carnival 2011, 213 people died in road accidents in Brazil. 47.9% more than in 2010. The goal of the campaign was to raise awareness on the eve of Carnival, through real life testimonials from people who are waiting in line for an organ transplant. Patients who feel the pain of waiting every day and who know the importance of a life lost brutally. The testimonies show the impact that one lost life has in their lives of many others and they ask drivers to drive responsibly or at least to donate their organs in case of recklessness driving.
