Execution
On the day of the march, the front page of El Tiempo had all its articles (regarding terrorism and kidnapping) published backwards and the pictures that supported them where taken from behind (e.g. as if standing behind a crowd, where you can only see their backside). All this to prove that if the reader should turn and not notice the newspapers front page, they are ignoring it, not only its text but what it means as well.
Outcome
This large scale appeal to our country's needs, joined by the soliciting of all media and groups that are pro-freedom resulted in millions of colombians going out and marching, facing the problem and proving through compelling actions we are a people in desperate search for peace.
