OVERVIEW

Execution

We discovered that, according to Polish voting regulations, one can write, draw or even spray paint the voting card and it is still valid as long as there's a visible cross in a box next to the MP candidate's name.

Our idea was to give young people a reason to participate in elections detached from politics: simply to go and express their views through painting the cards. A kind of graffiti on voting cards.

Outcome

The campaign had ZERO media budget. Yet we managed to get the message into all national media (TV, radio, press) and get hundreds of people involved. The participation of young people in elections was unprecedented. An amazing display of artistic creativity. And a change of the Polish government.
