Out of desperation, starving people eat the most unimaginable things. To have anything at all in their stomachs, they go for leaves,

bark, and grass. Leather shoes are cooked for days to make them edible. Sometimes even charcoal is processed into flour.

Idea

To support the important work of the Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe, we have created a campaign to call for donations. For that to happen

we have developed ads that show non-edible materials such as paper and bark staged like Haute Cuisine. Only at a second

glance it becomes clear what we actually see here.
