Description

Resource helped Wendy's achieve an unprecedented integration of new advertising, brand personality, and website. TV spot-inspired online campaigns were correlated with targeted landing pages on the new site. Then, customer paths for Wendy's two distinct target markets were created: one, for the nutrition-minded, another for the novelty-seeking, younger demographic. Resource utilised the latest technologies for optimal user experience and back-end efficiency: AJAX for swifter interface changes, sIFR for searchable text headers that are easily updatable and aesthetically pleasing, and Java servlets, which enable Flash to interact with Wendy's massive nutrition database--a key differentiator for the fast food giant.
