Description
The challenge was to incorporate the product into the daily lives of Fibertel´s customers and non-customers outside home, so that they could be connected wherever they were. The aim was to give them the opportunity to study, work, relate to distance and surf the Internet in more than 500 different points thanks to Fibertel.
Execution
The result was the creation of Fibertel Zone: The First Wireless Circuit in Argentina. This was an action that aimed at offering free and unlimited wi-fi to customers in restaurants and cafes, and other public places throughout the country.
The user only had to enter an application on his cell phone or enter the company´s website to locate a Fibertel Point. Once there, he had access to a free Internet service.
For this action we created the logo, naming. We used a gallery of elements linked to the enjoyment representing the activities related to the places that offered free wi-fi.
Outcome
Because of a successful campaign more than 500 stores wanted to be part of this free internet circuit. Fibertel closed contracts with different kind of stores and it ‘s still dealing with many others.
It was the first project like this in the country and the on promise marketing strategy we developed on the category.
These campaigns generate brand awareness, and also bring to the brand freshness, and customers perceive the product as trendy and friendly way
