Description
In a mailing, people get an innocent holiday picture and an envelope with a large window. On the back of the picture, the Complete Package is described and the name and address of the recipient are printed. In the picture, Rabobank points out ten different reasons to buy the package. The picture fits into the envelope. Once the picture is inside the envelope, images (in the picture) and text (printed in blue on the window) are joined together. On the back of the envelope the return address is printed, so you can send it back to the bank to order your Complete Package.
Outcome
20% more packages were sold then expected, and costs were 30% lower per package sold.
