In Europe, AutoCar Magazine awarded Ford Mondeo with five stars, probably one of the best accolades in the world. The five stars had been used as a mnemonic through all communication, with a silver and purple look. We took these five stars and converted them into an exclusively designed, beautiful jewellery set (earrings, cufflinks, pendant). Amethyst stones, set in silver … the colours of the Mondeo.The response from the pack also served as a medium to gain more insight into the clinet and to then customise loyalty programmes.This objet d’art became our first physical customer contact post purchase.
Outcome
9.3% responses of filled-in BREsWord of mouth/customer delight voiced through telecalls, communication to dealerships, Ford and even requests for additional jewellery packs!
