1. Increase Brand Awareness-Build brand awareness as to the various product and service brands that Ford Motor Company represents and the programs and services that the company provides.2. Reflect Ford Motor Company Values - The Ford.com site should reflect the Ford Motor Company values of ingenious ideas, a caring attitude, being perceptive to customer needs, and being both responsible and trustworthy.3. Increase Traffic - Currently, most traffic to Ford.com is originally intended for the Ford.com is originally intended for the Ford vehicles' site. Therefore, we will be attempting to create stickiness for more Ford.com users by providing relevant content and functionality to meet their needs.4. E-enable Ford Motor Company - Create transactional functionality for select business processes and provide more interactivity for the visitors to site.5. Offer Valuable and Reusable Service - Create a suite of functionality that can be used by all brands. The coding and actual functionality would be the same, but each brand would apply its own look and feel to the applications. This will allow for consistency of functionality with brand-specific visual expression.6. Improve Site Infrastructure - Create a technology infrastructure that is both flexible and scalable.
