One of the most successful sites in Mexico, ford.com.mx is the only one that sells cars online. On average 4% of Ford's annual sales come via the site, it being one of the top 5 dealers.
In December 2004 ford.com.mx was redesigned in order to refresh and enhance the rate of satisfaction in clients, and to improve the online sales process. Satisfaction ratio increased from 49% to 92% in ease of navigation, test drive completions from 24% to 80%.We took advantage of the media to show videos and added functionality to check the car stocks online.
