This year, well over a million Canadian families will be forced to live in unsafe neighbourhoods, because of the high cost of rent. With this commercial, we wanted to show the impossible choices many working, single mothers are forced to make everyday in a surprising and impactful way. Our goal was to let people know that Habitat for Humanity Canada is helping to build affordable housing, but needs the public’s continued support to make a difference.
