Description
The mortgage market is a highly competitive segment for the bank. ANZ needed a solution that would educate customers about unlocking equity in their homes to diversify investments and maximise wealth. To simplify the complexity of unlocking home equity, we created an engaging online environment where customers could intuitively explore the range of home loan product and services while having a bit of fun! Over a four week period, 11,098 home loan enquiries were generated.
