Description

We invited a businessman to talk about key moments of his life. At a gallery, as we projected photos of his childhood and his youth, he told us the story behind each picture.

After showing him 3 photos of his past, the film got to a turning point. As a surprise, we aged him in photoshop, simulating how he would look like in the future. First, we projected her approximately 15 years older. Then, 30 years older. And finally, 45 years older. As he would see his future-self on the wall, we asked him about his expectations and plans for that certain age. And just as expected, he didn't talk about money or wealth, but about plans, happiness and family. Things that are truly important to him. And to everyone else.

Execution

As the most solid bank of the country, BIG wanted to differentiate itself as a bank that truly understands what's important to its clients. A bank that recognizes clients don’t trust them just money, but their most valuables plans and hopes for life.

In order to make that point, the film needed an ordinary person that would be extraordinary in the shooting. Someone with goodhearted values and insightful things to say. We made an extensive cast with girls in college age. They brought photos of their childhood and their youth, and we interviewed them to study their behavior, their stories and their capability to get emotional. The key point of the interviews was to test them without revealing the second part of the film, where they would talk about their future-selves. That needed to remain a secret, so the aged portraits would still surprise the chosen girl during the shooting.
