International Business Center of Eastern Hangzhou (IBC) is located at the core space of CBD Xiasha Hangzhou. The project is provided with multiple regional meanings, namely flagship architecture in the urban vice center of Hangzhou and one of the city landmarks in Yangtze River Delta Area.The film adopts the creative of building breaking through the soil. In the name of “Rise abruptly” and surrounding the key words of “Core, Flagship and Landmark”.Firstly, the history from ancient times to now is interpreted by efflorescence of building angle; then, new times is coming, where ground is split off and earth falls apart, megaliths smashes each other, smoke dust rises from all directions and building breaks through the soil, thus presenting the momentum of the building rising abruptly in the development history of the city.
