Background
The COVID has brought many changes, even to the way that a car brand presents its new automobiles to the world. Carmakers have now moved from offline showcases to digital. Moving beyond the traditional method of simply describing the specifications of the automobile, IONIQ 6 has evolved the premiere into a unique narrative film form featuring the stories of different personas.
By focusing on the usability of EVs and the new mobility life that we offer, we have succeeded in delivering information to and reaching a shared understanding with consumers by enabling them.
Execution
We wanted introduce the IONIQ 6 as an EV with a flexible interior space that suits the unique lifestyles of customers and that can awaken their limitless potential. In particular, for this world premiere, we have recruited real-life influencers from the US, Europe, and Korea. By doing so, we've delivered the sincerity of these influencers as they exert their good influence on the world.
Outcome
Up until now, a majority of world premieres have focused their efforts on describing the key features of the automobiles based on the key factors of each. Whereas other automakers have spent more than an hour explaining the functions of their vehicles, we have created a story about the usability and benefits of the IONIQ 6 from the viewpoint of our customers.
