In India, government officials are famed for expecting bribes across the board, if a citizen wishes to get any paperwork done. The film shows the plight of an unsuspecting common man, who is quite literally juiced of all the money he has by different Government officials who all one by one, extract a bribe from him just to pass his paperwork.
