OVERVIEW

Background

• Our main objective is to connect with moms and the new generations.

• Our goal was to do something special for mom, beyond the offers we make every year on Mother's Day. Therefore, we decided that the most special thing for them would be to receive their favorite gift from their favorite person: their children.

Idea

• We asked the kids how much mom's gifts should cost and with their answers we created Kid's Prices.

• La Pradera Mall and its stores, lowered the prices on premium products so kids could buy them with their savings.

Strategy

• The target of the Mall is the moms, so we decided to do something special for the Mother's Day, beyond the promotions that are launched every year.

• Our approach was to create a campaign that connect with moms and new generations of the mall.

Execution

• In association with the stores of the Mall, we lowered the prices of premium products and made them accessible so that a child could buy them.

• The items with discounts were displayed in all the stores of the Mall. Each item had a label that had the normal price and the "Kid's Price".

• The promotion was a success at the Mall, the items with Kids's Prices were sold in record time and the children were able to buy gifts for mom for the first time :)

• The campaign was launched on May 2018.

Outcome

• Kids are our future clients, so we made the first promotion for them and their mothers, on Mother's Day.

• The kids had the opportunity to live a shopping experience and through it, give a gift to the person they love the most: their mothers.

• Items at kid's prices were sold in record time, filling Mall stores and directing whole families to purchases and increasing sales by 25% on Mother's Day vs. the previous year.
