Part of the fun of Kottu is the clanking noise made during its preparation. We took this distinctive noise as our SOUND SIGNATURE to promote the Kottu Party for a week leading up to the big event.
Outcome
At the Kottu party, 7000 portions sold out in under 2 hours, with chefs having to prepare an emergency batch of food to supply the demand. 10,000 people rolled-up for the Hilton Kottu party. 3000 more than expected!
