In February, 2008, VisitLasVegas.com launched My Vegas, a social networking site for people who "Live Vegas."The site allowed users to create their own persona, customize profile pages and make connections with other Vegas aficionados. With My Vegas, users could display their own personal Vegas favourites, post and share pictures of their trips and most importantly, plan their next great Vegas adventure.VisitLasVegas.com looked to this new site to deepen customer relationships with each other and the Vegas brand, increase user-generated content, and ultimately drive hotel and event booking.Currently, My Vegas has over 100,000 members.
