Description
A campaign to thank deserving employees, supporters and associates of the brand and to strengthen the personal relationship with Leibniz.
Execution
Leibniz is the first company ever to have highly detailed, graphical elements laser-cut into crumbly biscuits.
A special laser was used by Paperlux to laser-cut portraits of employees, supporters and associates of the Leibniz brand into the biscuits.Photos of the addressees were turned into illustrations and decorated with individual ornaments and birthday dates. They would all receive their own “icon”. Paperlux, a company normally specialised in paper printing, took the artwork and made individual print blocks.
Outcome
More than 90% of all recipients took advantage of the offer to order a packet of their portrait biscuits. On top of that, Leibniz was inundated with countless positive responses by e-mail, over the telephone and in faxes. Inside the company, especially, employees widely discussed the mailing, with some even taking the initiative and handing in own ideas on how to tap the commercial potential of this laser technology.
