Background
Insight on the target audience of young job seekers is that when they search for part-time jobs, they want to earn money. Fast. Their wish is to speedily find and get part-time jobs.
Focusing on these users, we aimed to raise awareness of the Machbaito recruiting site as one that helps you to land jobs as quickly as the speed of sound.
Execution
We took advantage of the YouTube Bumper ads that are only 6 seconds long. The brevity of Bumper ads makes them the most effective media for effectively communicating the speedy characteristic of Mach Jobs. We condensed each of the 17 typical Japanese part-time jobs into a 6-second video to illustrate the brand message.
