OVERVIEW

Description

Nature. Who will conquer it?

The elaborately constructed film combines the forces of nature and the exciting competition within the Olympic Winter Games.

Several films had to perform different tasks. All films, including teasers, trails and titles, had an individual but connected soundtrack.

The Main Trail develops from breathtaking and thrilling shots from around a landscape to nature's energetic movements and finally the athletes who then triumph over nature's forces. In the End athletes are ready for the Olympic Winter Games 2014.

The dramaturgy is developed to have its top with the cut from the elements of nature to the closeups of the athletes.

The voice over, a poem read by Charles Dance, grows while the nature demonstrates its strength.

The enormous film is backed up by a tremendous sound, creating a mysterious and finally an energetic atmosphere.

Execution

The Track 'White Walker' is originally composed.

Composition and production had to represent the different stages of the olympic wintergames. The solution was a combination of classic filmscores (representing the forces of nature) and modern synthie- and electronic elements (representing the athletes beating nature).
