SYNOPSISNoddy and his Toy Town friends have been much loved children's characters since they were first dreamt up by Enid Blyton in 1949. OBJECTIVES-To develop a branding tool to support all Noddy licensed product (Launch Q1 2005)-Drive online subscriptions to "The All New Noddy Club"-Retain existing site traffic & attract new visitors.TARGET GROUP-Kids 2-6 years old (core 2-3 yr olds).-Mums with kids 2-6 years old.
