Description
In Japan, television is greatly influential. Having said that, the WEB is the channel of choice when it comes to branded entertainment. We rarely see branded entertainment on TV, despite the fact that it still remains the most influential media. This is because TV is subject to strict regulations such as Japan's Broadcast Law.
Execution
The media team decided to air the show at nighttime near the end of the year, a time slot with some of the highest viewers ratings of the year. As a result, we were able to hit the target number of viewers and get the maximum impact.
Outcome
The Japanese show great interest in state-of-the-art technology. Since last year, the spotlight has been on robotics, compared to other forms of technology; and it is undeniable that no anime can be a hit without a robot as its hero. With this in mind, it was evident that promotion through the employment of android technology was extremely suitable in increasing celebrity popularity.

For a program that was scheduled to air just once, it is a pleasant surprise that the show will now be a weekly staple starting in April 2015; although this “surprise” was part of our initial plan.
