This radio commercial aired late at night and was placed right before the gap to make it sound like part of the program.The RC starts as an ordinary song and later on begins to sound "possessed". The spot unexpectedly progresses to something totally creepy.Listeners then realize that hearing things is a symptom of hunger.Motorists were then urged to drive-thru at McDonald's.
Outcome
Drive-thru transactions increased when "Emily" RC aired as compared to previous months.
