'L’Observatoire McDonald’s de la Qualité' is a lively presentation of the brand’s quality control practices through words, photos, interviews with experts, and animated Flash sequences to show how McDonald’s guarantees the quality of its products.In addition, Duke conceived and produced a consumer voice programme in which consumers were invited to apply to become 'Quality Inspectors.' Twelve were selected to visit principal suppliers and report on what they saw. Transcripts of these visits, illustrated with sound bites and almost a hundred photos and video clips, give site visitors an inside look at McDonald’s commitment to quality and food safety today.
