We came up with a good idea: how could we be more efficient than the Efficiency Awards?We broke up the award into 32 pieces, so that we could share the award with all the people who had worked on the case.
Outcome
We achieved all of our objectives: on one hand, happier employees, and on the other, media coverage. Most of our clients called us to congratulate us for the great initiative, and unbelievably, more than 20,000 people in the whole world have downloaded our typography made from the pieces of the trophy.
