It features 12 short narratives from neon sign makers Coles Neon, to Melbourne swim club Brighton Icebergs and Williamstown boat builder Blunt Boats. It features music from the winner of the highly acclaimed Melbourne Music Bank, Eloise, the voice of city actor Ditch Davey and was directed by Melbournian Joel Harmsworth.
