This is a visual poem celebrating the culinary and cultural diversity of Modern Britain. It features British people of many different ethnicities, cooking in their homes, street-vans, or restaurants.

The edit follows the structure of a meal – preparation, cooking, serving up, tucking in, eating, enjoying. People mix together throughout – a melting pot of different ethnicities and generations, all brought together by the food they share. Weaving through this colourful tapestry of people and food we hear British-Jamaican dub-poet Benjamin Zephaniah narrating his anthem to modern Britain, and his call for unity.
