SBAB is one of Sweden's largest banks for giving loans to buy real estate. This gigantic banner was produced to advertise the fact that SBAB had dramatically facilitated the process needed to get a loan. Since they were the only bank doing this, it was a huge thing and the story made the national news at the time. As you can see in the banner, SBAB themselves thought that it was so newsworthy that they, literally, shut down all advertising on the largest Swedish Internet news portal.
