Overview

Execution

The user can allocate pictures on their smartphone, pair them with geo data and feed this in to the car. Using the navigation system drivers can select destinations visually and intuitively. Other features include routing and scheduling, the analysis of car information and a very useful parking lot finder.

In addition to the functionality and the customer’s benefit, the app impresses with high-class design: completely new designed "Feature Visuals" combine the reduced but very characteristic Audi aesthetics with an emotional touch that turns the brand’s claim of premium quality into a real life experience on the user’s smartphone.

Outcome

An app that enables drivers to easily manage vehicle data on their smartphone – and offers solutions in technology and design that match with Audi’s claim of „Vorsprung durch Technik“. More than 200,000 downloads and thoroughly positive ratings in the app stores prove that the myAudi Mobile Assistant hits the nerve of our target group.

Additional Facts:

• Less system discontinuities by meshing web and mobile tightly, incl. multimedia data synchronization

• Migration of the existing data of the old, autarkic app

• Integration of in-car services, the so-called "Audi Connect Features"

• Intuitive user interface design with premium look-and-feel

• Game-changing user experience by connecting clarity in design and emotionality

• Enhancement of Audi’s corporate design with modern and activating icon design
