Description
In allusion to the worldwide bestseller Terminator with Arnold Schwarzenegger we created the Servinator. He was introduced the first time at a kick-of meeting in Prague where the new sales strategies and contents were presented. Some weeks later the attendants of the petrol stations mentioned above were sent a Hollywood like script with a lot of instructions and motivating teasers concering the Servinator and a reminder postcard. If the mystery shopper Servinator was pleased with the service he experienced the attendant on duty got a bottle of Prosecco. The winner of the mystery shopping contest will be invited to Hollywood.
Outcome
The mystery shopper Servinator started his tour in January. Until now the feedback is very promising.
