Description

Sell the idea of quality car insurance in a market cluttered with competitors who only advertise savings.

Execution

1) Use the easily recognized Accident Report form to show some of the more unexpected ways a car could be damaged.

2) Get customers to question their current coverage, and3) Encourage them to switch to a better coverage product: Nationwide.

Outcome

Foot fall driven to Nationwide agents - 7% above target. Phone response - 1.5% below target. Actual results are commercially confidential.
