Description

Nike Running UK wanted to interest a younger, aspirational female audience in running and promote Nike+ as the tool to run with.

So we created a campaign fronted by pop singer Ellie Goulding, using one of her own songs, specially remixed to make it the perfect track to run to.We filmed Ellie as she toured LA, New York and London, running with the Nike+ app in-between gigs. Every run she completed was posted to Facebook along with her commentary, putting each run in the context of her real life for her fans.

The campaign climaxed in a stylish film documenting her running and her music, to the soundtrack of her running remix.

IMPACT63,000 views in the first three weeks.Critically acclaimed by press and blogs worldwide including: Fubiz.net, Campaign, Creativity Online, Ads of the World, Adrants, The Reel, I Believe in Advertising and more.Best of all, the campaign inspired thousands of Ellie’s Facebook fans to get out there and run.
