Description

Idea:Nine West, well known for their stylish, affordable shoes, were updating their collection to be more fashion-forward and needed a web site to complete their makeover.

Their existing e-commerce site was re-imagined with sleek photography, trend reports and fashion editorials highlighting their complete selection of shoes, apparel, denim and accessories. Another new section, “Scene & Seen,” focused on popular magazines, including Lucky, Glamour and Allure, that had featured Nine West products as editor’s picks and in fashion layouts – further illustrating just how far the brand had come in high-fashion circles.Results:Not only were page views and visits increased by 12 percent, shopping cart conversions increased from 13 percent to 21 percent. Additionally, these stronger sales and the site’s overall look and feel combined to have ninewest.com named one of the Top 100 Retail Sites by an Internet Retailer magazine.
