Description

Opel’s innovative IntelliLux LED Matrix light technology enables permanent driving without dazzling the oncoming traffic participants – by automatically deactivating individual LEDs thereby "cutting out" the area around the vehicles.

The task was to create a print ad that highlights this pioneering feature.

To convey the functionality of the IntelliLux LED Matrix technology we did not just book a single page ad space. Moreover we cooperated with Berlin’s leading newspapers DER TAGESSPIEGEL in order to use an actual journalistic article for our purpose.

We highlighted the whole article in a marker pen-style – except for all the persons that were mentioned by name. These names were "cut out" just like the IntelliLUX LED Matrix light "cuts out" oncoming traffic participants.
